About the Drug Industry
The drug industry is one of the most profitable ones in the United States of America. Basically, drugs and medications are sold all over the world. While plenty of people try to stay away from them due to their chemical and side effects, there are situations when they simply cannot be avoided. The pharmaceutical industry handles hundreds of billions every year. But aside from its positive results, it is also blamed for a series of harsh problems and even deaths.
A company in the drug industry might be responsible for a series of different things. The largest ones handle the manufacturing process. Some of them also distribute the results, which are then resold all across the world. A career in this industry asks for a pharmacy degree. It is very profitable, regardless of the location or drugstore chain. However, keep in mind that the largest drugstore chains are not necessarily the best paying ones.
Some of the biggest drug companies in the United States of America count Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Roche, Novartis, AstraZeneca and Sanofi.
